The URL for the live stream will be sent by email, only to registered participants, around seven days before the event date. Please take precautions to ensure the URL is not disclosed to a third party. If it is leaked, please contact the Secretariat immediately.

Participants are responsible for preparing and maintaining a viewing environment (hardware including a computer, software including a browser, communication environment, etc.) as needed to participate in this event, at the participant's own expense.

The contents provided in this event are the copyrighted property of the organizer or rights holders. As the following behaviors exercised by a participant may constitute copyright infringement, pleasedo not engaged in them. 　

1. Reprinting a part or all of the contents of this event without the organizer's permission


2. Shooting, recording, altering or summarizing, and publishing in literature or electronic media a part or all of the contents of this event without the organizer's permission
